Housed in the old factory, Accademia is a multi-purpose center containing: Our museum and historical archive, an indoor coffee plantation, research and education laboratories, and the Officine Fratelli Bambi – a workshop dedicated to craftsmanship and artistry, producing bespoke espresso machines.
