Overview
Every Contoso Coffee espresso machine comes with a three-year warranty. If you experience any issues during the first year of using your machine, please contact us directly. If we cannot resolve your issue remotely, we’ll either have a Contoso Coffee approved technician come to your home to repair your machine, or have your machine safely transported to one of our service centres across the country.
Following the three-year warranty on your machine, we are always here to support. If you are experiencing any technical issues, please contact us for advice. We will recommend your local Contoso Coffee approved technician.
